I met Stephanie purely by chance as I was looking to relocate from Massachusetts. My then broker was not helpful in helping me narrow down my search to towns appropriate for me, and not being from the area, my search was floundering. Stephanie helped me identify the short list of towns appropriate for me, and I am happy to say found me a home that met all of my rather specific criteria, including meeting an extremely tight schedule for relocation. Nearly a year later, so many people congratulate me on making such a great choice without local knowledge, but the credit in large part belongs to Stephanie! Thank you!

We met Stephanie at an open house and were immediately impressed. She was friendly, genuine and best of all not pushy like some realtors can be. We instantly felt a connection with her and knew she had to be our realtor. We had met a lot of bad realtors so it was an absolute pleasure working with Stephanie. She is on top of everything, and has great recommendations, which is great since we were first time buyers. Stephanie also goes above and beyond the call of duty. About a month after we closed on our house she even sent us an email to see how we are doing and give us recommendations for landscapers and designers. Best realtor I've ever met, I highly recommend her!

Our search for a home was a very difficult process before we met Stephanie. Once she took us on board, she spent endless hours helping us find our "forever" home, through sending me many listing and taking us to many, many showings. Stephanie went above and beyond to help our family and was in constant contact with us regarding home-buying issues we never even knew about being first time buyers (CO inspections, appraisals, timings, etc) to even watching our son while we looked around houses. I would HIGHLY recommend Stephanie to any and all families looking to find not only a house, but YOUR HOME!!! If I could give Stephanie 10 stars, I would.
