Our office is located at 2301 Baldwin Mill Road. We take appointments Monday – Thursday. Please call 443-752-5770 to set up an appointment. Discussions will include expectations, process, budget, and vision.

LOT VISIT

Battaglia Homes will visit your location to thoroughly explain the property for your future home. We will discuss grading and house placement for a plan that works with your idea and site.

SECURE A LOT

Choose from 5 of the beautiful lots at The Falls at Beaverdam. A lot contract and deposit to hold the lot will be required.

PRE-QUALIFICATION

Establish a preliminary budget and obtain a bank pre-qualification for the lot and house for design expectations.

DESIGN AGREEMENT

Complete a design agreement to move forward for the design of the home, preliminary site work, and bidding.

DESIGNING YOUR CUSTOM HOME

During this phase, our team will design and create a unique plan for you. We use this opportunity to discuss budget, design style, and ideas for interior elements that will make your home uniquely yours.

PRICE DELIVERY

This meeting will go through all aspects of the home with pricing and options. This will finalize the price for financing submittal. The final deposit is required at this time.

ENGINEERING PROCESS

Battaglia Homes will site the finalized home on the lot selected for final County Permit Submission.

PERMIT PROCESS

Timelines can vary from County to County. Please talk to builder for estimate.

CLOSING

Closing will be held for the lot and home for your construction to permanent financing.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

Once the permit process is complete, you will meet with the owner of Battaglia Homes as well as the supervisor to go over the project before starting.
